about

French free-rock collective Oiseaux-Tempête recorded their album “Al-‘An” in Beirut in 2016 at Tunefork Studios, with a host of local musicians including Charbel Haber, Youmna Saba, Sharif Sehnaoui and Two or the Dragon.
Toward the end of their stay in the Lebanese capital, the band (reduced to founding duo Frédéric D. Oberland and Stéphane Pigneul) played a concert with Lebanese drone musicians Charbel Haber and Fadi Tabbal from The Bunny Tylers, in underground club Reunion.
The present album is a recording of this impromptu live session, released by Lebanese indie label Ruptured in a limited edition of 300 hand-numbered CD's.
